Upon Receiving

The wait is over! Now that your tubers have made it to their new home, remember to store them in a cool, dry place until ready to plant (Such as a cold cellar). I recommend checking on them weekly to ensure moisture isn't building within the bag, which can lead to mold and rot.

Each bag has a small hole or two to allow for ventilation. Tubers are packaged with peat moss and vermiculite to aid in moisture regulation until ready to plant. If moisture is evident, crack the zipper seal open for a couple hours, then reseal and store away.

Some tubers are eager to sprout with the warming temperatures outside. If small sprouts are evident, they will be okay until planting unless they start to "green up". If this is the case, pot your tuber and you may just ave flowers a few weeks early :)

ENJOY!
